Целью настоящего исследования была оценка функционирования цикла оксида азота в условиях длительного
поступления субтоксических доз нитратов. Показано, что содержание креатинина в моче крыс, получавших
нитраты в субтоксических дозах, сохраняется на низком уровне. Cубтоксические дозы нитратов незначительно
влияли на уровне протеинурии и прирост концентрации креатинина в плазме крови. Более низкие темпы выведения почками нитритов рассматриваются как результат ослабления системной продукции NO при хроническом
воздействии субтоксических доз неорганических прекурсоров NO.
The study was aimed to evaluate nitric oxide cycle functioning in the conditions of chronic exposure to subtoxic doses
of nitrates. There was shown that creatinine content in urine of rats exposed to subtoxic doses of nitrates is levelled down.
Subtoxic doses of nitrates influenced non-significantly at the level of proteinuria and creatinine concentrations in blood
plasma. Lower levels of nitrites renal excreation were assessed as a result of the decrease of nitric oxide production in the
chronic exposure of subtocix doses of non-organic precursors of nitric oxide.
