Cariespro-preventive and periodontal protective action of hexafluosilicates (HPS) of 2-, 3-, 4-carboxypyridinium in the composition of phytogels based on Na-salt of carboxymethylcellulose with fluorine content in each gel 0,5 mg / ml has been studied in the research. The activity of alkaline (ALP) and acidic (ACP) phosphatases, elastase, lysozyme has been determined in the pulp of rats incisors and the mineralizing index (MI) has been calculated. The number and depth of carious teeth lesions have been determined and caries prophylactic effcacy has been calculated. The level of malonic dialdehyde (MDA), activity of elastase, catalase, lysozyme and urease has been determined in the rats gums. The degree of dysbiosis, API index and the degree of the alveolar process atrophy have been calculated. The results of studying the properties of 2, 3, 4-carboxypyridinium
HPS indicate their high caries-preventive effcacy and periodontitis protective action that allows this group of compounds to be classifed as a potential means of treatment and prevention of caries and periodontal diseases, the most promising object for further study being HPS 4 -carboxypyridinium.
В работе исследовали кариеспрофилактическое и пародонтопротекторное действие гексафторосиликатов (ГФС) 2-, 3-, 4-карбоксипиридиния в составе фитогелей на основе Na-соли карбоксиметилцеллюлозы с содержанием фтора в каждом геле 0,5 мг/мл. В пульпе резцов крыс определяли активность щелочной (ЩФ) и кислой (КФ) фосфатаз, эластазы, лизоцима и рассчитывали минерализующий индекс (МИ). Определяли число и
глубину кариозных поражений зубов и рассчитывали кариеспрофилактическую эффективность. В десне крыс определяли уровень малонового диальдегида (МДА), активность эластазы, каталазы, лизоцима и уреазы. Рассчитывали степень дисбиоза, индекс АПИ и определяли степень атрофии альвеолярного отростка. Результаты изучения свойств ГФС 2, 3, 4-карбоксипиридиния свидетельствуют об их высокой кариеспрофилактической эффективности и пародонтопротекторном действии, что позволяет отнести эту группу соединений к потенциальным средствам лечения и профилактики кариеса и заболеваний пародонта, причем наиболее перспективным объектом дальнейшего изучения является ГФС 4-карбоксипиридиния.
