The article summarizes a retrospective analysis of the childbirth history for 652 patients. According to the study, from 2012 to 2014 “fetal distress” was confrmed by objective methods of examination, it is one of the frst places in the indications for operative delivery of women. This fgure amounted to 32.7% of the cases (2012) and 42.4% of cases (in 2014). The use of vacuum extraction of the fetus during labor was 0.2% (2012) and 3.1% (2014); forceps were used in 0.3% (2012) and 0.1% (2014). The role of dynamic control of the state of the fetus and the pregnant woman to ensure timely detection of disorders of the fetus and the factors contributing to the development of fetal distress was discussed. It is shown that the use of modern diagnostic technology, antenatal protection of the fetus, as well as the achievements and qualifcations of doctors in obstetrics and neonatology can change the frequency and structure of perinatal morbidity and mortality.
В статье обобщены данные ретроспективного анализа истории родов 652 пациенток. Согласно полученным данным, с 2012 по 2014 гг. дистресс плода, подтвержденный объективными методами исследования, занимает одно из первых мест в показаниях для оперативного родоразрешения женщин. Этот показатель составил 32,7% случаев (2012) и 42,4% случаев (2014). Применение вакуум-экстракции плода в родах составляла 0,2% (2012) и 3,1% (2014),
акушерских щипцов применялись в 0,3% (2012) и 0,1% (2014). Обсуждается роль динамического контроля за состоянием плода и беременной в обеспечении своевременного выявления нарушений состояния плода и факторов, способствующих развитию дистресса плода. Показано, что применение современных диагностических технологий, антенатальная охрана плода, а также успехи, достижения и квалификация врачей в акушерстве и неонатологии могут изменить частоту и структуру перинатальной заболеваемости и смертности.
