У роботі наведено основні характеристики структурнофункціональної організації автоматизованої системи підтримки рішень хірурга, яка здійснює роботу за участі модуля автоматизованого аналізу відеолапароскопічних зображень з урахуванням виду прийняття відповідного рішення та ризиків щодо стану пацієнта на етапах надання хірургічної допомоги. Наведена структура системи прийняття
рішень дозволяє здійснювати її інтеграцію з телемедичними системами консультування, а також задіяти додаткові
засоби та інструменти аналізу отриманих результатів.
Basic descriptions of structural and functional organization
of the automated system of support of surgeon’s decision,
which carries out work at participation of the module of the
automated analysis of videolaparoscopic images taking into account the type of the proper decision making and risks in relation to the state of patient on the stages of grant of surgical
help, are resulted in work. The structure of the system of decision making allows to carry out its integration with the telemedical systems of advising, and also involve additional facilities and instruments of analysis of the got results.
