The article is devoted to the study of the influence of harmful factors of chemical enterprise on the biosynthesis of vitamin D in the liver. The authors conducted medical inspection of workers engaged in production of nitrogen compounds, assessed the biochemical parameters of the liver,
the functions of detoxifcation, and the level of vitamin D. It was found that decrease of vitamin D is associated with development of the syndromes of cytolysis and cholestasis, which indicates the unity of the mechanisms of liver dysfunction and vitamin D biosynthesis in the employees engaged
in harmful chemical production.
Статья посвящена исследованию влияния вредных факторов химического производства на биосинтез витамина D в печени. Авторами проведено обследование рабочих, занятых на производстве соединений азотной группы, оценены биохимические показатели, отражающие состояние печени, функцию дезинтоксикации, а также уровень витамина D. Установлено, что снижение содержания витамина D в сыворотке крови связано с развитием синдромов цитолиза и холестаза, что свидетельствует о единстве механизмов нарушения функции печени и биосинтеза витамина D у работников, занятых на вредных химических производствах.
