The aim of study was to investigate the risk factors and characteristics of initial manifestations of atopic dermatitis (AD) in children in the first six months of life. The authors have shown that the most significant risk factors for atopic dermatitis in children - the presence of allergic disease in the mother, TORCH-infections, and fungal vaginitis. The most frequent manifestations of atopic dermatitis in the first six months of life - papular-vesicular rash, gneiss, pale face with bright blush and diaper dermatitis.
Целью исследования было изучение факторов риска и особенностей начальных проявлений атопического дерматита (АтД) у детей первого полугодия жизни. Авторами показано, что наиболее значимые факторы риска АтД у детей - наличие аллергических заболеваний у матери, TORCH-инфекции и грибковые вагиниты. Наиболее частые проявления АтД в первом полугодии жизни - папулезно-везикулярные высыпания, гнейс, бледность лица с ярким румянцем и пеленочный дерматит.
