Взаємозвя’зок порушень у системі перекісне окиснення ліпідів - антиоксидантна система та інтерфероногенезу у дітей з гострим герпетичним стоматитом

Abstract

Обстежено 88 дітей з гострим герпетичним стоматитом (13 хворих з легким, 35 хворих із середньотяжким і 40 з тяжким перебігом хвороби) та 30 здорових дітей. Встановлено підвищення інтенсивності реакцій перекісного окислення ліпідів, зниження активності антиоксидантного захисту та недостатність системи IFN.

The study of the peculiarities of the functioning of these systems in children with acute herpetic stomatitis is devoted to insufficient attention today. Further research of the course of the reactions of the lipid peroxidation, the functional capacity of the antioxidant system and the activity of the interferonogenesis will deeper reveal the main links of the pathogenesis of the acute herpetic stomatitis, improve the existing methods of treatment of patients and prevent the development of chronic forms of this infection. Purpose of the study. Study of the state of the processes of lipid peroxidation, functional activity of antioxidant system and interferonogenesis in children with acute herpetic stomatitis. Materials and methods. 88 children with acute herpetic stomatitis (13 patients with mild, 35 patients with moderate and 40 patients with severe disease) and 30 health children were investigated. Results. Conclusions. High level of lipid peroxidation reactions intensity, lower level of antioxidant system activity and interferongenesis deficiency were established.

Обследовано 88 детей с острым герпетическим стоматитом (13 больных с легким, 35 больных со среднетяжелым и 40 больных с тяжелым течением болезни) и 30 здоровых детей. Установлено повышение интенсивности реакций перекисного окисления липидов, снижение активности антиоксидантной системы и недостаточность системы IFN.
