Метою дослідження було вивчення можливості застосування шкал Chіld-Pugh і MELD для прогнозування ускладнень у хворих на цироз печінки при виконанні лапароскопічної холецистектомії. Когортне проспективне дослідження виконано на вибірці з 215 пацієнтів із сформованим цирозом печінки, яким проводили лапароскопічну холецистектомію. Отримані результати показали, що у хворих на цироз печінки можна прогнозувати розвиток
інтра- і післяопераційних ускладнень, використовуючи шкалу MELD, яка краще визначає резервні можливості функції печінки, порівняно з класифікацією Chіld-Pugh, що дозволяє рекомендувати її до широкого використання в хірургічних стаціонарах при плануванні лапароскопічної холецистектомії у хворих на цироз печінки.
The aim of research was to study the application resources of the scales Chіld-Pugh and MELD for prognosis of the complications in patients with cirrhosis of the liver after laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Cohort prospective research was conducted at the sample of 215 patients with formed cirrhosis of the liver who passed laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Obtained results demonstrated that there is possible to predict intra- and postoperative complications in patients with cirrhosis of the liver using the scale MELD which is able to determine the reserve capabilities of the liver much better than Chіld-Pugh’s classification. This is an evidence to recommend MELD scale for broad use in the surgical inpatient clinics during planning of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with cirrhosis of the liver.
