Високотехнологічні процеси можуть бути в установах (підрозділах) патологоанатомічної служби найвищого рівня. В системі оцінки та акредитації патологоанатомічних бюро не оцінюються функції, декларовані та делеговані бюро : організаційно-методична, наукова робота, виховання нових кадрів. При проведенні акредитації бюро фактично оцінюються вибіркові відділення, як правило, розташовані в місті, мають кращі показники забезпечення та обслуговуючі установи третинного рівня. Тому визначення єдиного рівня для патологоанатомічного бюро не є зваженим і обґрунтованим.
The pathology service is an important subdivision of the medical branch for life-time diagnostics of diseases, especially tumors, and expert-diagnostic evaluation of treatment by autopsy. Domestic standards and protocols, guidelines for the methodology of pathologist research and technology are absent. The methodology of accreditation of the pathoanatomical service in Ukraine is not coherent in view of the imperfection of the regulatory framework, the lack of standards for the provision of the services of the
pathoanatomical service and the criteria for their evaluation, the lack of implementation of a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the standards ISO 9001 / DSTU ISO 9001: 2009. In general, compliance with technological processes is not evaluated, the quality of pathogistological drugs is not assessed, the quality and completeness of the findings of studies, there are no requirements for environmental safety. Certain accreditation requirements in Ukraine (timely completion of the protocol of the pathologoanatomical section, the timing of the manufacture of histological preparations of autopsy material, the accounting of histological preparations of autopsy material, taking into account the implementation of additional histochemical, immunohistochemical methods of study) can not be estimated, as documentary evidence has not been developed and documented.
Высокотехнологичные процессы могут быть только в учреждениях (подразделениях) паталогоанатомической службы высочайшего уровня. В системе оценки и аккредитации патологоанатомических бюро не оцениваются функции, декларируемые и делегированнные бюро : организационно-методическая, научная работа, воспитание новых кадров. При проведенииаккредитации бюро фактически оцениваются выборочные отделения, как правило, расположенные в городе, имеют лучшие показатели обеспечения и обслуживающие учреждения третичного уровня. Поэтому определение единого уровня для патологоанатомического бюро не является взвешенным и обоснованным.
