Проведено клінічний аналіз випадків звертання у стоматологічний
стаціонар пацієнтів з запальними ураженням верхньощелепних
синусів, травматичними перфораціями дна
гайморової пазухи, розташованими близько до гайморової
пазуїхи зубами верхньої щелепи, що підлягають видаленню.
Виявлено, що у більшості пацієнтів з верхньощелепним синуситом
хвороба має ятрогенне походження. При цьому
негативні наслідки стоматологічних втручань часто обумовлені
анатомічними особливостями і патологічними змінами
оточуючих синус тканин.
Для виявлення ятрогенної природи патогенетичних факторів
верхньощелепного синусита необхідна об'єктивізація
даних анамнезу, а розуміння механізмів розвитку даної хвороби
лежить в основі планування адекватного лікування.

To identify iatrogenic nature pathogenetic factors maxillary sinusitis
requires objectification of medical history, in a basis for
planning the treatment process lies adequate understanding of
the mechanisms of the disease.
Проведен клинический анализ случаев обращения в стоматологический стационар пациентов с воспалительным поражением верхнечелюстных синусов, травматическими перфорациями дна гайморовой пазухи и расположенными близко к гайморовой пазухе зубами верхней челюсти, подлежащими удалению. Выявлено, что у большинства пациентов с верхнечелюстным синуситом болезнь имеет ятрогенное происхождение. При этом негативные последствия стоматологических манипуляций часто обусловлены анатомическими особенностями и патологическими изменениями окружающих синус тканей. Для выявления ятрогенной природы патогенетических факторов верхнечелюстного синусита необходима объективизация
данных анамнеза, а в основе планирования адекватного лечебного процесса лежит понимание механизмов
развития данной болезни.
