Розглянуто проблему прихильності до лікування з точки зору досягнення цільового артеріального тиску у хворих на псевдорезистентну гіпертензію. Також розглянуті можливості впливу на прихильність через освітні заходи та використання раціональної антигіпертензивної терапії.
Problem of adherence to treatment is discussed from the viepoint of achievement target blood pressure at patients with pseudo-recsistant hypertension is considered.
