Теоретико-методологічні аспекти формування комунітарної соціальної відповідальності у фармації

Abstract

Модернизация фармации невозможна без ответственности всех ее субъектов за свои действия перед потребителем, государством и обществом. С целью обоснования внедрения основных положений коммунитарной социальной ответственности (КомСО) в существующую модель функционирования фармацевтического сектора Украины и создания цепи взаимодействия всех социальных институтов фармацевтической отрасли (СИФО) на основе КомСО, с помощью комплекса методов (диалектики, анализа и синтеза, логического познания, моделирования) изучено современное состояние ответственности СИФО. Установлено, что на практике каждый из участ- ников социального партнерства рассматривает СО, преимущественно, с точки зрения своих интересов и в рамках законодательства. Это свидетельствует о недооценке СИФО коммунитарных целей социального партнерства и необходимости формирования цепи КомСО.

Upgrade pharmacy is impossible without the responsibilities of all its subjects for their actions to the consumer, government and society. The aim of the work was justification of the main concepts of communitarian social responsibility (ComSR) implementation in the existing model of the pharmaceutical sector in Ukraine and processing of ComSR formation chain of all social institutions of the pharmaceutical industry (SIPI). Results. Today in pharmaceutical practice, each participant of social partnership examines the social responsibility in terms their interests and in the law framework “responsibility for” prevails. Presented actual problems in the of Pharmacy point to underestimation of all SIPI communitarian purposes of social partnership — providing of agreement of all sides of interest and minimization of their conflict interaction (balance of responsibility “for” and “before”). It is necessary to establish a chain ComSR algorithm and proper fulfillment of all obligations SIPI. Based on theoretical generalization of scientific literature data proved the necessity for ComSR introducing into the existing model of the pharmaceutical sector healthcare Ukraine. The model and chain formation ComSR of the social partnership of the pharmaceutical industry that unite the interests of the State of pharmaceutical businesses, community organizations direction the pharmaceutical and pharmaceutical education and research.
