Приведены результаты профилактики и лечения респираторного дистресс-синдрома (РДС) у недоношенных новорожденных с использованием заместительной сурфактантной терапии и препарата метаболического действия. Доказана клиническая эффективность разработанной схемы у детей с экстремально малой, очень малой и малой массой тела при рождении как с целью профилактики, так и с целью лечения РДС.
There are presented the results of prophylaxis and treatment of respiratory distress-syndrome (RDS) in prematurely born children with the use of preparation of substitutive surfactant therapy and metabolic preparation. It is proved clinical efficiency of the developed scheme in children with small, very small and extremely small birth weight both with the purpose of prophylaxis and treatment of RDS.
