dc.description.abstract Recent studies have revealed a high prevalence of comorbidity between chronic pancreatitis (CP) and primary osteoarthritis (OA), particularly in elderly and senile patients. As a result of CP-related complications, such as impaired digestion and intestinal absorption, enteropancreatic syndrome often develops. This pathological condition leads to the onset of colonic dysbiosis (CD) and triggers a range of pathological processes that contribute to the worsening course of comorbid conditions. uk_UA
