Алкогольна залежність залишається однією з найбільш значущих
медико-соціальних проблем сучасності, асоційованої з високим рівнем соматичної,
психічної та неврологічної патології. У звʼязку з цим актуальним є узагальнення та
систематизація сучасних даних про механізми формування когнітивних розладів
та дисфункції вегетативної нервової системи при алкогольній залежності з позицій
їх єдності та взаємного обтяження, що може сприяти формуванню інтегративної
моделі алкоголь-асоційованого ураження нервової системи.
Мета роботи – аналіз та систематизація сучасних даних про патогенез автономних
та когнітивних порушень при алкогольній залежності, а також виявлення їх
взаємозвʼязку в рамках єдиного токсико метаболічного ураження ЦНС.
Alcohol dependence remains one of the most significant medical and social
problems of our time, associated with a high incidence of somatic, mental, and neurological
pathologies. In this regard, it seems relevant to generalize and systematize modern data
on the mechanisms of formation of cognitive impairment and dysfunction of the autonomic
nervous system in alcohol dependence from the standpoint of their unity and mutual
aggravation, which can contribute to the formation of an integrative model of alcoholassociated damage to the nervous system.
Purpose – the aim of the study is to analyze and systematize modern data on the
pathogenesis of autonomic and cognitive impairments in alcohol dependence, as well as
to identify their relationship within the framework of a single toxic- metabolic lesion of the
central nervous system.
