Варикозна хвороба нижніх кінцівок є широко поширеним і
активно прогресуючим захворюванням у наші дні. Частота реєстрації хронічної
хвороби вен нижніх кінцівок досягає 40-50% у дорослого населення. Цілями
хірургічного лікування варикозної хвороби нижніх кінцівок є усунення
косметичного дефекту та зменшення проявів чи усунення симптомів хронічної
венозної недостатності. Метою нашого дослідження була порівняльна
характеристика результатів малоінвазивного лікування хронічної венозної
недостатності та визначення рівня якості життя після виконання даних
оперативних втручань.
Varicose veins of the lower extremities are a widespread and actively
progressing disease nowadays. The frequency of registration of chronic venous disease
of the lower extremities reaches 40-50% in the adult population. The goals of surgical
treatment of varicose veins of the lower extremities are to eliminate the cosmetic defect
and reduce the manifestations or eliminate the symptoms of chronic venous
insufficiency. The purpose of our study was to comparative characterize the results of
minimally invasive treatment of chronic venous insufficiency and determine the level
of quality of life after performing these surgical interventions.
