Медичний гумор як позитивний компонент сугестії

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано категорію «гумору» як одного з різновидів комічного в лінгвістиці. Професійний медичний гумор описаний у якості позитивного компоненту як один із проявів сугестії в усній інтеракції лікарів. Гумор не може існувати поза комунікацією, яку створюють комуніканти, тому, будучи багатогранною категорією, він все частіше стає предметом вивчення процесу природньої комунікації людей у сучасному медичному дискурсі. Як результат дискурсивної діяльності особистості мовця є відтворення мовленнєвих структур реалізації гумору, зокрема медичного. Дані структури дають можливість робити висновки про латентні процеси мовної свідомості лікаря, а також про його індивідуальну комунікативну компетентність. Гумористичний ефект у сучасному медичному дискурсі досягається за рахунок використання різноманітних прийомів на різних рівнях медичної комунікації, оскільки для досягнення максимального сугестивного ефекту лікар застосовує усі можливі ресурси. У медичному дискурсі гумор розглядається нами як лінгвопрагматична категорія, проявом якої є такі види комічного: іронія, сарказм, інвектива, мовна гра, перебільшення, використання мовленнєвих кліше, заміщення очікування, каламбур тощо. У процесі дослідження нами було виявлено, що одним з основних складників комунікативної компетенції в діяльності лікаря є гумор, який допомагає знижувати рівень стресу, покращує настрій, сприяє у вирішенні конфліктів та формуванню позитивних емоцій пацієнта. Звернено увагу на проблеми використання жаргону, який поряд з позитивною сугестивністю, має здебільшого негативний вплив на учасників медичної інтеракції. Особливості правильного вживання жаргону у медичній комунікації є важливим у контексті формування комунікативних навичок лікарів і рівня культури їх спілкування.

The article analyses the category of ‘humour’ as one of the varieties of comic in linguistics. Professional medical humour is described as a positive resource as one of the manifestations of suggestive influence in the oral interaction of doctors. Humour cannot exist outside the communication created by communicators, so, being a multifaceted category, it is increasingly becoming a subject of study of the process of natural communication of people in modern medical discourse. The result of the discursive activity of the speaker's personality is the reproduction of speech structures of humour realisation, in particular, medical humour. These structures make it possible to draw conclusions about the latent processes of the doctor's linguistic consciousness, as well as about his/her individual communicative competence. The humorous effect in modern medical discourse is achieved through the use of various techniques at different levels of medical communication, since the doctor uses all possible resources to achieve the maximum suggestive effect. In medical discourse, we consider humour to be a linguistic and pragmatic category, which is manifested in the following types of comic: irony, sarcasm, invective, language play, exaggeration, use of speech clichés, substitution of expectations, pun, etc. In the course of the study, we have found that one of the main components of communicative competence in the activities of a doctor is humour, which helps to reduce stress, improves mood, helps to resolve conflicts and form positive emotions of the patient. The article analyses the problems of using black humour, which, along with its positive suggestibility, has a negative impact on the participants of medical interaction. The peculiarities of the correct use of black humour in medical communication are important in the context of the formation of doctors' communication skills and the level of their communication culture.
