Кваліфікаційну роботу присвячено узагальненню значення
лідерів в управлінні установами сфери охорони здоров’я в умовах збройної
агресії проти України, розглянуто залежність від лідерських якостей перспектив
розвитку закладів охорони здоров’я.
В кваліфікаційній роботі досліджено вплив особливостей лідерства у
закладах вищої медичної освіти; вивчено питання ефективного лідерства, як
складової управління; надано наукове обґрунтування кадрового забезпечення
управління в закладі вищої медичної освіти; проаналізовано управлінські
механізми освітнього процесу ОНМедУ; розроблено параметри ефективності
лідерських функцій та управлінських рішень в менеджменті навчального
закладу; впроваджено систему формування лідерської компетентності
здобувачів вищої освіти в Одеському національному медичному університеті.
The qualification work is devoted to generalizing the importance of
leaders in the management of healthcare institutions in the context of armed aggression
against Ukraine, and examining the dependence of the prospects for the development
of healthcare institutions on leadership qualities.
The qualification work investigated the influence of leadership characteristics in
higher medical education institutions; the issue of effective leadership as a component
of governance was studied; scientific justification of the personnel management in the
institution of higher medical education is provided; the management mechanisms of
the educational process of ONMedU are analyzed; parameters of the effectiveness of
leadership functions and management decisions in the management of the educational
institution are developed;
A system for developing leadership competence in higher education students has
been implemented at Odessa National Medical University.
