Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена синтезу теоретичних засад та розробці прикладних рекомендацій з метою оптимізації ефективності нових медичних послуг у закладі охорони здоров'я на прикладі університетської клініки Одеського національного медичного університету. У рамках дослідження здійснено аналіз кон'юнктури ринку медичних послуг в умовах економічної нестабільності, а також ідентифіковано актуальні вектори його розвитку. Визначено специфічні характеристики сучасної медичної послуги як детермінуючого елемента ринкової структури та інструментарій просування послуги в конкурентному середовищі. Проведено критичний аналіз проблем, пов'язаних з оцінкою економічної ефективності впровадження інноваційних медичних послуг. Надано пропозиції щодо діяльності Багатопрофільного медичного центру Одеського національного медичного університету, проведено оптимізацію та впровадження актуальних медичних послуг. Запропоновано основні напрямки підвищення ефективності просування нових медичних послуг, а саме: інтеграція новітніх технологій, таких як мобільні додатки, штучний інтелект і дистанційний моніторинг, телемедицина, програми реабілітації, програми профілактичної медицини.
Qualification work is devoted to the synthesis of theoretical principles and the development of applied recommendations in order to optimize the efficiency of new medical services in a healthcare institution using the example of the university clinic of the Odessa National Medical University. As part of the study, an analysis of the market conditions for medical services in conditions of economic instability was carried out, and current vectors of its development were identified. The specific characteristics of modern medical services as a determining element of the market structure and the tools for promoting services in a competitive environment are determined. A critical analysis of the problems associated with assessing the economic efficiency of implementing innovative medical services is carried out. The activities of the Multidisciplinary Medical Center of Odessa National Medical University are described and optimization and implementation of relevant medical services are carried out. The integration of the latest technologies, such as mobile applications, artificial intelligence and remote monitoring, makes telemedicine an integral part of a modern medical institution.
