Роль фармацевта в менеджменті синдрому сухого ока: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття ОКР «Магістра» зі спеціальності 226 «Фармація, промислова фармація»

Abstract

Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена дослідженню синдрому сухого ока (ССО) як поширеного мультифакторного хронічного захворювання та обґрунтуванню ролі фармацевта у забезпеченні раціонального та безпечного застосування засобів замісної терапії при легкому ступені його перебігу. Актуальність теми зумовлена зростанням поширеності ССО внаслідок впливу несприятливих екологічних чинників, старіння населення, інтенсивного використання цифрових пристроїв, а також високою часткою самолікування при офтальмологічних скаргах.

The qualification work is dedicated to the study of Dry Eye Syndrome (DES) as a widespread multifactorial chronic disease and the substantiation of the pharmacist's role in ensuring the rational and safe use of tear substitutes in mild cases of the disease. The relevance of the topic is driven by the increasing prevalence of DES due to adverse environmental factors, population aging, intensive use of digital devices, and a high rate of self-medication for ophthalmic complaints. The work summarizes modern data on the etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, and classification of dry eye syndrome; it also analyses the disease progression depending on its severity. Particular attention is paid to the challenges of diagnosing mild forms of DES, which are characterized by a discrepancy between subjective symptoms and objective clinical signs.
