dc.description.abstract The qualification thesis is dedicated to exploring effective strategies to improve personnel management processes in pharmaceutical organizations. The work emphasizes the growing importance of competent human resource (HR) practices in a dynamically evolving pharmaceutical industry, especially under the influence of technological change, increasing competition, and workforce challenges. The paper consists of three main chapters. The first presents the theoretical aspects of HR management in pharmaceutical organizations, including key definitions, goals, and principles. The second chapter evaluates the current state of HR practices, highlighting structural issues, employee satisfaction, training systems, and global HR trends. The third chapter is devoted to proposing innovative solutions for improving personnel management, such as the use of AI, virtual training platforms, performance-based recruitment systems, and strategies for enhancing staff motivation and retention. uk_UA
