Мета магістерської роботи: проведення фармакогностичного та
фармакохімічного аналізу отриманого екстракту рослинного збору з
подальшим визначенням його фармакологічної активності.
Магістерська робота містить вступ, п’ять розділів, висновок, перелік
літератури з 115 найменувань. Загальний обсяг роботи складається з
83 сторінок, на яких представлені 13 рисунків та 1 таблиця.
У вступі обґрунтована необхідність вивчення фармакогностичних та
фармакохімічних властивостей екстракту рослинного збору з листя шавлії
лікарської, квітки нагідок лікарських, трава кропиви дводомної, пагони
чорниці звичайної для лікування запальних захворювань пародонта у
пацієнтів із цукровим діабетом та поставлені завдання для досягнення даної
мети.
The purpose of the master's thesis: conducting pharmacognostic and
pharmacochemical analysis of the obtained extract of the herbal collection with the
subsequent determination of its pharmacological activity.
The master's thesis contains an introduction, five chapters, a conclusion, a list
of literature with 115 titles. The total volume of the work consists of 83 pages, which
present 13 figures and 1 table.
The introduction substantiates the need to study the pharmacognostic and
pharmacochemical properties of the herbal extract from leaves of Salvia officinalis,
flowers of Calendula officinalis, herb of Urtica dioica, and shoots of Vaccinium
myrtillus for the treatment of inflammatory periodontal diseases in patients with
diabetes mellitus and sets out the tasks to achieve this goal.
