Магістерська робота містить вступ, чотири розділи, висновок, перелік
літератури з 107 найменувань. Загальний обсяг роботи складається з 67
сторінок, на яких представлені 17 рисунків та 2 таблиці.
У вступі було встановлено, що такі лікарськи рослини, як звіробой
звичайний, ромашка лікарська та обліпиха крушиновидна у своєму складі
містять велику кількість ріноманітних БАР, які обумовлюють широкий спектр
фармакологічної дії цих рослин, що, в свою чергу служіть підгрунтям для
вивчення наявної інформації стосовно БАР. Отримані результати доводять наявність протизапальної активності збору
та свідчать про доцільность їх подальшого вивчення.
The purpose of the master's thesis: pharmacognostic and pharmacochemical
analysis of the anti-inflammatory herbal collection, which includes St. John's wort
herb, chamomile flowers and sea buckthorn fruits, as well as the study of the antiinflammatory activity of the anti-inflammatory herbal collection extract.
The master's thesis consists of an introduction, four chapters, a conclusion, and
a list of references consisting of 107 items. The total volume of the work consists of
67 pages, which includes 17 figures and 2 tables. In the introduction, it was established that such medicinal plants as St. John's
wort, chamomile and sea buckthorn contain a large number of different biologically
active compounds, which determine a wide range of pharmacological effects of these
plants, which in turn serves as the basis for studying the available information on
biologically active compounds. The obtained results prove the presence of anti-inflammatory activity of the
collection and indicate the expediency of their further study.
