Abstract:
The purpose of the master's thesis: to isolate and study the quantitative and qualitative composition of curcuminoids from the LRS of turmeric roots ; to produce a dosage form using the isolated compounds , to investigate its anti-inflammatory activity, to compare dosage forms with isolated curcuminoids and commercial ones in terms of their activity. The master's thesis was completed at the Department of General and Clinical Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy, contains an introduction, fore chapters, a conclusion, a list of literature from 71 items, of which 71 foreign . The total volume of
the work consists of 47 pages. printed text, which presents 4 drawings and 2 tables. The residue was redissolved in methanol , then dried under vacuum. Placed in a vacuum chamber oven at 45 ° C, for at least 48 hours. Exit factions curcuminoids was 31.3 g (3.1%).
