Метою магістерської роботи було фармакогностичне та
фармакологічне дослідження Astragalus glycyphyllos L. в якості джерела нового
виду лікарської рослинної сировини.
Магістерська робота складається п’яти розділів та вступу. Відображено аналіз вітчизняних та зарубіжних літературних джерел
про ботанічну характеристику рослинної сировини, фітохімічний склад
сировини, ареал розповсюдження, умови заготівлі сировини, застосування в
народній медицині та основні протипоказання для вживання Astragalus
glycyphyllos L. в якості ліків. Подано результати експериментальних
фармакологічних досліджень екстракту з насіння Astragalus glycyphyllos L. в
умовах in vivo. Підтверджено наявність вираженої протизапальної та
знеболювальної активності досліджуваного зразка при його нашкірному
застосуванні.
Загальний обсяг магістерської роботи становить 71 сторінку
друкованого тексту; вона містить 9 таблиць, 10 рисунків і ґрунтується на
аналізі 84 літературних джерел.
The aim of the master’s thesis was to conduct a pharmacognostic and
pharmacological study of Astragalus glycyphyllos L. as a source of a new type of
medicinal plant raw material.
The thesis consists of five chapters and an introduction. Рresents an analysis of domestic and foreign literature sources concerning the
botanical characteristics of the plant material, its phytochemical composition, distribution area, harvesting conditions, use in traditional medicine, and the main
contraindications for the use of Astragalus glycyphyllos L. as a medicinal product. Рresents the results of experimental pharmacological studies
of the seed extract of Astragalus glycyphyllos L. under in vivo conditions. The
studied extract was shown to exhibit pronounced anti-inflammatory and analgesic
effects when applied topically.
The total volume of the master’s thesis is 71 pages of typed text; it includes 9
tables, 10 figures, and is based on the analysis of 84 literature sources.
