Мета кваліфікаційної роботи – теоретично і емпірично дослідити особливості структури особистості на проживання емпатії.
В кваліфікаційній роботі проаналізовано наукові підходи до вивчення структури особистості та емпатії як психологічного феномена; емпірично досліджено рівень емпатії та структурні характеристики особистості у студентів – медиків, які завершують навчання; встановлено зв’язки між окремими рисами особистості та загальним рівнем емпатії; надано рекомендації щодо розвитку емпатійної компетентності в умовах професійної підготовки медичних кадрів.
The purpose of the qualification work is to theoretically and empirically investigate the features of the personality structure for the presence of empathy.
The qualification work analyzes scientific approaches to the study of personality structure and empathy as a psychological phenomenon; empirically investigates the level of empathy and structural characteristics of the personality in medical students who are completing their studies; establishes connections between individual personality traits and the general level of empathy; provides recommendations for the development of empathic competence in the conditions of professional training of medical personnel.
