Особливості спілкування у дітей із розладами аутистичного спектру

Abstract

The paper discusses the issues of verbal and non-verbal communication in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), a diverse group of mental states related to neuropsychic development disorders, characterized by difficulties in social interaction, communication, and atypical patterns of activities and behaviors, with difficulties in transitioning from one activity to another, a focus on details, and unusual reactions to emotions. The relevance of studying the communication features in children suffering from ASD is due to the importance of enhancing the effectiveness of early diagnosis of these disorders for timely psychological and educational correction of symptoms in children. The article provides a review analysis of the literature over the past 10 years with the aim of systematizing information on communication impairments related to ASD. Systematized features of the development of communication skills in children with ASD compared to healthy children and the characteristics of language and speech, the revealed communication features of such children, which should be used for the development of recommendations for the timely diagnosis of these disorders.

У роботі розглянуто питання особливостей вербальної та невербальної комунікації у дітей із розладами аутистичного спектру (РАС), різноманітної групи психічних станів, що відносяться до порушень нейропсихічного розвитку та характеризуються труднощами із соціальною взаємодією, спілкуванням та нетиповими моделями діяльності та поведінки з труднощами з переходом від одного виду діяльності до іншого, зосередженістю на деталях і незвичними реакціями на емоції. Актуальність вивчення особливостей спілкування у дітей, що страждають на РАС, обумовлена важливістю підвищення ефективності ранньої діагностики цих розладів для вчасного проведення психолого-педагогічної корекції симптомів у дітей. У статті проведений оглядовий аналіз літератури за останні 10 років з метою систематизації інформації щодо порушень спілкування при РАС. Систематизовані особливості розвитку комунікативних навичок у дітей з РАС у порівнянні із здоровими дітьми та особливості мови та мовлення, виявлені особливості комунікації таких дітей, що має бути використано для розробки рекомендацій по вчасній діагностиці цих розладів..
