Особливості взаємодії у дітей із розладами дефіциту уваги та гіперактивності та шляхи ії корекції

Abstract

Метою дослідження є аналіз й систематизація даних щодо особливостей спілкування і взаємодії з однолітками у дітей, що страждають розладами дефіциту уваги та гіперактивності (РДУГ), для подальшого використання одержаних результатів при плануванні організаційних і психокорекційних заходів. У статті проведений оглядовий аналіз літератури за останні 10 років з метою систематизації інформації щодо особливостей комунікації у осіб із РДУГ. Систематизовані особливості розвитку комунікативних навичок у дітей з РДУГ у порівнянні із здоровими дітьми, особливості спілкування та взаємодії дітей, що має бути використано для розробки рекомендацій по вчасній діагностиці цих розладів. Допомога таким пацієнтам мусить бути комплексною. Для ефективного долання РДУГ у дітей рекомендовано проводити психотерапевтичну роботу з сім’єю, навчання батьків принципам виховання дитини зі РДУГ. Робота з дитиною включає педагогічну корекцію, розвиток у дитини навичок соціальної взаємодії (поведінкова терапія) і, при необхідності, медикаментозну терапію. Для кращої соціалізації дітей корисно проводити корекцію соціальної поведінки дітей із РДУГ, а також педагогічну роботу в колективі, де навчається така дитина, для боротьби з упередженим ставленням до неї однолітків.

The purpose of the study is to analyze and systematize data on the characteristics of communication and interaction with peers in children suffering from attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), for further use of the results obtained in planning organizational and psychocorrectional measures. The article presents a review analysis of literature from the past 10 years aimed at systematizing information on the communication features of individuals with ADHD. Children with this disorder experience difficulties in relationships with both peers and adults. Interpersonal behavior of children with ADHD is often characterized by impulsiveness, intrusiveness, excessive talkativeness, disorganization, and sometimes aggression. These traits complicate social relationships, interaction, and cooperation with others. Communication disorders are not included among the diagnostic criteria for ADHD, so these disorders are considered comorbid. Assistance for such patients must be comprehensive. For effective management of ADHD in children, it is recommended to carry out psychotherapeutic work with the family and to teach parents the principles of raising a child with ADHD. Work with the child includes educational correction, development of the child’s social interaction skills (behavioral therapy), and, if necessary, medication therapy. For better socialization of children, it is useful to correct the social behavior of children with ADHD, as well as to conduct educational work within the group where the child studies to combat peers’ biased attitudes toward them.
