Introduction. Managing a the organization of the pharmacy is big responsibility and the
pharmacist not only he need to have a degree but also he need to have a skills and the abilities
required in order to guide his team of staff on the right way to acheive the long term goals of the
pharmacy and with the responsibility to offer them the rights and what they need including their salary payments on time, the good work environement with the equiments and tools and pusihng
them to improve their skills.
Aim is to found and create new ways to improve the peronnel management process in
pharmaceutical organizations, with mentioning the important obstacles and challenges that face
them example of staff chosing and the professional enhancement. The number one goal of this
study is to explore and analyze the curent personnel management plan and strategies that are
suggested to optimize workforce performance, with identifing the practical useful ways to make
he management better, training stuff, communication and also to demonstrate the importance of
changing and improving the management approaches in relation to the changes in the
pharmaceutical industry.
