Diploma work «Research of Allium sativum L. to optimize the technology of
obtaining a dry extract» is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and experimental
solution of the problem of analysis of plant raw material.
The data of the literature on the current state of production of extracts and
features of technology in their production are processed and generalized.
The option of extracting dry extract of Allium sativum L. according to the
proposed technology was considered.
Дипломна робота «Дослідження Allium sativum L. для оптимізації
технології одержання сухого екстракту» присвячена теоретичному
обґрунтуванню та експериментальному вирішенню проблеми аналізу рослинної
сировини.
Опрацьовано й узагальнено дані літератури про сучасний стан
виробництва екстрактів та особливості технології їх виробництва.
Розглянуто варіант добування сухого екстракту Allium sativum L. за
запропонованою технологією.
