Кваліфікаційна робота на ступень магістра на тему «Розробка складу та
технології фіточаю, спрямованого на усунення депресивного стану» присвячена
теоретичному обґрунтуванню та доведено цілеспрямований пошук
оптимального складу лікувально-профілактичного фіточаю для усунення
депресивного стану з компонентами рослинного походження та розробка
технології виготовлення фіточаю в промислових умовах.
Опрацьовано та узагальнено дані літератури про сучасний стан виробництва
сухих екстрактів та особливості технології їх виробництва. Розглянуто варіант
добування сухого екстракту Mаtricаriа chаmomillа flores, Cаléndulа officinális
flores, Bidens tripаrtitа herbа за запропонованою технологією.
Запропоновано склад та обрано найбільш доцільну лікарську форму –
лосьйон.
The master's thesis on the topic ”Development of composition and technology
of herbal tea aimed at eliminating depression” is devoted to theoretical substantiation
and proves the targeted search for the optimal composition of therapeutic and
prophylactic herbal tea to eliminate depression with components of plant origin and the
development of technology for the production of herbal tea in industrial conditions.
The literature data on the current state of production of dry extracts and features
of their production technology have been processed and summarised. The variant of
extraction of dry extracts of Matricaria chamomilla flores, Calendula officinális flores,
Bidens tripartita herbа by the proposed technology is considered.
The composition is proposed and the most appropriate dosage form, lotion, is
selected.
