| dc.description.abstract | Introduction. State regulation of the circulation of medicinal products is a cornerstone of an effective healthcare system in every country. Ensuring the quality, safety and efficacy of medicines reaching consumers is a top priority for the state, as it directly affects the health and well-being of the nation. Given the rapid development of the pharmaceutical industry, the growth of international trade in medicines, and the emergence of new challenges such as counterfeit products and online sales, a deep understanding of the peculiarities of state control at both the national and international levels is critical. The purpose of this article is to comprehensively study the specifics of state regulation of the circulation of medicines in Ukraine, to conduct a comparative analysis with the practice of the leading countries of the world and to identify potential ways to improve the national system. | en |
