Abstract

The purpose of the work is to attract attention of scientists and practitioners of military medicine and the health care system to the need for significant improvement in the organization of medical care for military women and women victims of war, based on a study of the experience of medical care, as well as the experience of the authors of the study. The study used the materials of the UN Declarations, the Geneva Conventions, regulatory legal acts, scientific publications in open sources of information, as well as bibliographic, analytical methods and the method of system analysis and logistics management. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the experience of the health care system of medical care for military women and women victims of war, to attract the attention of scientists and practitioners of military medicine and the health care system to the need for its significant improvement. The conclusion is made that the Article 49 of Ukrainian Constitution execution regarding the right of every citizen (military serviceman) to health care and medical assistance in wartime is ensured within the framework of a single medical space, which is guaranteed by the legislative and regulatory framework of the State.
