Higher education is very important for social development. It plays an important
role not only in the development of society as a whole, but also in the formation of a
personality, a citizen of his or her country, and civic values.
The purpose of higher education is to train qualified specialists who are able to
analyze information, solve complex problems and make responsible decisions. Today,
an equally important area of activity is raising the level of education, developing
research activities, promoting civic education and developing creativity.
