У статті розглядається впровадження інтерактивних методів навчання в інтернатурі за спеціальністю «Педіатрія». Актуальність теми обумовлена потребою в модернізації медичної освіти та підвищенні якості підготовки майбутніх педіатрів у контексті швидко змінюваних медичних стандартів і технологій. Автори аналізують різноманітні інтерактивні технології, такі як кейс-методи, метод «Проблемного навчання», метод «Мозкового штурму»,
метод «Проектів», метод «Малих груп» та «Презентації», метод «Ділових ігор», симуляційні тренажери, віртуальні клінічні сценарії, моделювання клінічних випадків, групові обговорення та сучасні електронні платформи, що дозволяють створити динамічне навчальне середовище. Стаття містить результати емпіричного дослідження, яке демонструє позитивний вплив інтерактивних методів на мотивацію лікарів-інтернів, їхні професійні навички та критичне мислення. Важливо зазначити, що інтерактивне навчання сприяє формуванню не лише теоретичних знань, а й практичних умінь, що є критично важливим для майбутньої професійної діяльності педіатрів. Обговорюються переваги інтерактивного навчання, серед яких підвищення залученості лікарів-інтернів, покращення засвоєння матеріалу та розвиток навичок командної роботи. Автори також відзначають, що інтерактивні методи навчання можуть суттєво зменшити стрес і тривогу, пов’язані з навчальним процесом, надаючи інтернам можливість вільно висловлювати свої думки та отримувати миттєвий зворотний зв’язок. На основі отриманих результатів пропонуються рекомендації щодо впровадження інтерактивних методів у навчальний процес інтернатури, зокрема, інтеграція симуляційних сценаріїв, активних групових обговорень та використання сучасних електронних платформ для дистанційного навчання. Це дозволить не лише покращити якість навчання, а й підготувати лікарів-інтернів до реальних викликів у педіатрії, забезпечуючи глибше засвоєння матеріалу.
The article considers the implementation of interactive teaching methods in internships in the specialty “Pediatrics”. The
relevance of the topic is due to the need to modernize medical education and improve the quality of training for future pediatricians in the context of rapidly changing medical standards and technologies.
The authors analyze various interactive technologies, such as case methods, method the “Problem-based Learning” method
the “Brainstorming”, the method of “Small groups” and “Presentation”, method the “Business Games”, simulated clinical
scenarios, virtual clinical scenarios, group discussions, and modern electronic platforms that allow for a dynamic learning
environment.
The article contains the results of an empirical study that demonstrates the positive impact of interactive methods on the motivation of interns, their professional skills and critical thinking. It is important to note that interactive learning contributes to
the formation of not only theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills, which is critically important for the future professional
activities of pediatricians. The advantages of interactive learning are discussed, including increasing the involvement of interns,
improving the assimilation of material and developing teamwork skills.
The authors also note that interactive teaching methods can significantly reduce stress and anxiety associated with the educational process, providing interns with the opportunity to freely express their thoughts and receive instant feedback. Based
on the results obtained, recommendations are offered for the implementation of interactive methods in the educational process
of internships, in particular, the integration of simulation scenarios, active group discussions and the use of modern electronic
platforms for distance learning. This will not only improve the quality of training, but also prepare interns for real challenges
in pediatrics, ensuring deeper assimilation of the material.
