Abstract:
They had offered a system of active medicamental rehabilitation with means of protein-synthetic reinforcement, i.e. solcoseril and actovegin with retabolil. The patients had been divided into two groups comparative by age, sex and severity of the disease. Patients of the first group took high doses of the drugs mentioned above during 30–45 days after discharge (solcoseril 8.0 ml per day i/m and 2.0 ml of retabolil i/m once in 5-7 days during 6 weeks). Patients of the second group took super intensive treatment with solcoseril in the same doses during 45 days and retabolil during 60 days. This course was conducted twice a year. In the first group the change of tolerance to load was +16 wt or 41.6%, in the second group it was +30 wt or 93.8%. In this group only one person had a low level of tolerance in 6 months. The data obtained proved positive influence of means of protein-synthetic reinforcement and their inclusion in complex rehabilitation of postmyocardial infarction patients.
