Abstract:
Present time they widely use antiagregants in post-hospital rehabilitation of myocardial infarction (MI) patients. Presence of postinfarctional stenocardia is a reason for nitrates use. Due to proaterogenosis action of beta-blockers in patients suffering MI with a steady sinus tachycardia and arterial hypertension they use the blockers of slow calcium canals and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. Beta-blockers are used in small strictly individual doses under the control of lipid spectrum and under "covering" of antisclerotic remedies. Metabolism correctors should be used during 3–4 months from the onset of MI, the courses should be repeated. Among physiotherapeutic remedies they widely use He-NE laser irradiation both as intravenous and outer applications in the limits of Zakharin-Head`s zones. Sanatorium period of rehabilitation in the group under study has a good scientific base but they should to work out strict medical criterion for prolonged rehabilitation courses in special sanatoria and individual plans for step-by-step IM patients treatment.
