dc.description.abstract | They had offered a system of active medicamental rehabilitation with means of protein-synthetic reinforcement , i.e. solcoseril and actovegin with retabolil. The patients had been divided into two groups, comparative by age , sex and severity of the disease. The first group took high doses of the drugs mentioned above during 30–45 days after discharge from the hospital (solcoseril 8.0 ml per day i/m and 2.0 ml of retabolil i/m once in 5–7 days during 6 weeks). The second group took super intensive treatment with solcoseril in the same doses during 45 days and retabolil during 60 days. This course was conducted twice a year. Indices of work ability recovery was 76.0%in the first group and 82.8% in the second one. The date obtained proved positive clinical effect of the means of protein-synthetic reinforcement in postmyocardial infarction patients. | en |
