dc.description.abstract |
They used low-energetic laser irradiation both on hospital and post hospital stages of myocardial infarction rehabilitation. Laser irradiation was used as endovascular intravenous laser irradiation of blood or outer irradiation of Head`s zone (wave length 632.8 nm, power 1.5–2 mVt, exposition in acute myocardial infarction 40–45 minutes, in angina pectoris and other forms of chronic ischemic heart disease 30 minutes). For the patients with negative clinical manifestations and increase of lipoperoxides level in blood they offered scheme of vitamin E daily use. The author had revealed that repeat systemic irradiation with helium-neon laser decrease a rate of repeat non-fatal infarctions. |
