У статті досліджено використання допомоги судово-медичного експерта (спеціаліста) шляхом експертного дослідження слідів (речовин біологічного походження), описано імунохроматографічні методи, які використовуються з метою встановлення наявності біологічних рідин, та оцінено можливість їх потенційного застосування в судово-медичній експертній практиці. Обґрунтовано, що широке впровадження в судово-медичну експертну практику сучасних імунохроматографічних тестів із метою ідентифікації основних біологічних рідин людського походження у слідах на речових доказах в умовах огляду місця події та в лабораторії значно підвищить ефективність і якість проведення сучасної комплексної судово-медичної експертизи.
The article investigates the use of the help of forensic expert (specialist) by expert examination of traces (substances of biological origin) and describes the immunochromatographic methods used to establish the presence of biological fluids and evaluated the possibility of their potential use in forensic expert practice. It is substantiated that widespread introduction of modern immunochromatographic tests into forensic medical practice in order to identify the basic biological fluids of human origin in traces of physical evidence in the conditions of the inspection of the scene
and in the laboratory will significantly increase the efficiency and quality of the modern complex forensic examination.
