Застосування комплексної метаболічної терапії у хворих, які перенесли гострі форми ішемічної хвороби серця

Abstract

In modern times ischemic heart disease is characterized by the highest occurrence and death rate. The basic directions of medicamentous treatment of acute forms of ischemic heart disease (unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction) are normalization of blood reologic parameters, reduction of myocardial requirements in oxygen and symptomatic therapy which have to be continued in poststationary period. Additional usage in complex rehabilitation therapy of preparations for metabolic correction - tocopherol, essentiale and mildronate stabilizes processes of lipid peroxidation, and is the important precondition of treatment optimization in patients with ischemic heart disease.
