Abstract

The myocardial infarction due to high lethality represents one of the most severe illnesses in clinic of internal diseases. There are different variants of myocardial infarction debut - anginous (typical, the most frequent), asthmatic, abdominal , arrhythmic, cerebrovascular, atypical algesic syndrome, asymptomatic (painless), frequency of which changes depending on the age of patients. The typical variant of myocardial infarction is observed at the majority of patients in working ability age, at eldery patients - three-fold less. At eldery and old patients the asthmatic variant of myocardial infarction debut prevails. The atypical painful and asymptomatic variant are frequently registered, that is the main cause of delayed hospitalization, delayed assignment of pathogenetic medicamentous therapy and lethality.
