Інноваційні підходи до викладання професійно-орієнтованих дисциплін у вищій освіті: аналіз сучасних методик

Abstract

У статті розкрито актуальні проблеми впровадження, розвитку та використання у навчальному процесі інноваційних прийомів та методів навчання студентів у контексті реформування системи освіти. Проведено аналіз передового та сучасного інноваційного інструментарію, обґрунтовано переваги інноваційного підходу порівняно з традиційними формами підготовки студентів. Дано класифікацію основних інноваційних методів навчання, що застосовуються в освітньому процесі вишу, описано їх можливості та основні характеристики. У дослідженні представлені результати вивчення інноваційних методик викладання в сучасній вищій освіті, дана характеристика найбільш ефективних інноваційних методів навчання, які використовуються під час викладання професійно-орієнтованих дисциплін у вищій школі. Наголошується, що інноваційна методика реалізується в рамках загальної трансформації освітньої парадигми та відповідає сучасним тенденціям процесів, що відбуваються в системі вищої освіти. Результати проведеного дослідження підтверджують наступні постулати: метод конкретних ситуацій (МКС), або кейс-метод, ділова (рольова) гра, метод проектів є ефективними формами роботи зі студентами; впровадження інноваційних технологій у навчальний процес допомагає готувати висококваліфікованих фахівців здатних виконувати складні науководослідні, професійно-прикладні та творчі завдання. У статті наведено результати вивчення педагогічного аспекту індивідуалізації у процесі реалізації освітньої діяльності рівня магістратури. Підкреслюється, що індивідуалізація реалізується в рамках загальної трансформації освітньої парадигми і відповідає сучасним тенденціям інноваційних процесів, що відбуваються в системі вищої освіти.

The article reveals the actual problems of implementation, development and use in the educational process of innovative techniques and methods of teaching students in the context of reforming the education system. An analysis of advanced and modern innovative tools was conducted, the advantages of the innovative approach compared to traditional forms of student training were substantiated. The classification of the main innovative teaching methods used in the educational process of higher education is given, their capabilities and main characteristics are described. The research presents the results of the study of innovative teaching methods in modern higher education, the characteristics of the most effective innovative teaching methods, which are used during the teaching of professionally oriented disciplines in higher education, are given. It is emphasized that the innovative method is implemented within the framework of the general transformation of the educational paradigm and corresponds to the modern trends of the processes taking place in the higher education system. The results of the research confirm the following postulates: the method of specific situations (SCI), or case method, business (role) game, project method are effective forms of working with students; the introduction of innovative technologies into the educational process helps to prepare highly qualified specialists capable of performing complex research, professional, applied and creative tasks. The article presents the results of studying the pedagogical aspect of individualization in the process of implementing educational activities at the master's level. It is emphasized that individualization is implemented within the framework of the general transformation of the educational paradigm and corresponds to the modern trends of innovative processes taking place in the system of higher education.
