Впровадження віртуального інформаційного середовища у освітній процес

Abstract

У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз наукових підходів щодо визначення дефініції «віртуальне інформаційне середовище» та визначено головні особливості впровадження віртуального інформаційного середовища в освітній процес. Звернуто увагу на те, що в сучасних умовах розвитку цифрових технологій та діджиталізації усього, що оточує суспільство в ХХІ столітті неабиякої актуальності набуває впровадження віртуального інформаційного середовища в освітній процес. Зазначено, що якість освітнього процесу (рівень організації освітнього процесу, адекватність та своєчасність застосування методів і засобів навчання, відповідна кваліфікація працівників тощо) сама по собі не може гарантувати якості освіти в цілому, оскільки її цілі можуть не повною мірою відповідати новим потребам суспільства. На основі теоретичного аналізу наукових праць надано авторське визначення поняттю «віртуальне інформаційне середовище», під яким автори розуміють програмне забезпечення системи дистанційного навчання, що створюється для її підтримки та містить такі елементи, як: теоретичні матеріали та практичні завдання, засоби контролю та самоконтролю навчальної діяльності, організаційні форми адаптації, мотивації та творчої спрямованості здобувачів вищої освіти. Розглянуто основні ознаки освітнього інформаційного середовища. Визначено головну мету та завданням інформаційно-освітнього середовища. Проаналізовано основні мотиваційні фактори впровадження віртуального інформаційного середовища. Розглянуто головні особливості впровадження віртуального інформаційного середовища в освітній простір. Акцентовано увагу на функціях Впровадження віртуального інформаційного середовища у освітній процес. Проаналізовано основні тенденції розвитку віртуального інформаційного середовища. Зроблено висновок, що впровадження віртуального інформаційного середовища в освітній простір на сьогодні є одним із пріоритетних напрямів державної освітньої політики України, оскільки покликане забезпечити підвищення якості освіти та ефективну інтеграцію у світовий та європейський освітній простір. При цьому процес створення віртуального інформаційного простору спрямований на забезпечення конкурентоспроможності української освіти на міжнародній арені, адже віртуальне інформаційне середовище – це творче середовище, в якому навчання можливе при високій мотивації здобувачів вищої освіти, емоційному стимулюванні та позитивно-оптимістичному настрої.

The article carries out a theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to defining the definition of "virtual information environment" and identifies the main features of the introduction of a virtual information environment in the educational process. The author emphasizes that in the current conditions of development of digital technologies and digitalization of everything surrounding society in the XXI century, the introduction of a virtual information environment into the educational process is of great relevance. It is noted that the quality of the educational process (the level of organization of the educational process, adequacy and timeliness of the use of teaching methods and means, appropriate qualifications of employees, etc.) alone cannot guarantee the quality of education in general, since its goals may not fully meet the new needs of society. Based on the theoretical analysis of scientific works, the author’s definition of the concept of "virtual information environment" is provided, by which the authors mean the software of a distance learning system created to support it and containing such elements as: theoretical materials and practical tasks, means of control and self-control of learning activities, organizational forms of adaptation, motivation and creative orientation of higher education students. The main features of the educational information environment are considered. The main purpose and tasks of the information and educational environment are determined. The main motivational factors for the introduction of a virtual information environment are analyzed. The main features of the introduction of the virtual information environment in the educational space are considered. The attention is focused on the functions of the introduction of the virtual information environment in the educational process. The main trends in the development of the virtual information environment are analyzed. It is concluded that the introduction of the virtual information environment into the educational space is currently one of the priority directions of the State educational policy of Ukraine, as it is intended to ensure the improvement of the quality of education and effective integration into the world and European educational space. At the same time, the process of creating a virtual information space is aimed at ensuring the competitiveness of Ukrainian education in the international arena, as the virtual information environment is a creative environment in which learning is possible with high motivation of higher education students, emotional stimulation and a positive and optimistic attitude.
