Оценка синдрома депрессии и тревоги в ходе двухлетней постстационарной реабилитации больных, перенесших инфаркт миокарда

Abstract

The depression and anxiety sign in the patients suffering from myocardial infarction during a prolonged (24 months) rehabilitation after threir discharge has been learned. 105 patients in able to work age suffering from myocardial infarction have been under observation. The means of protein-synthetic reinforcement have been administered to them according to routine and modified modes. Patients underwent a prolonged after in-patient unit rehabilitation have shown a significant regression of depression and anxiaty sign. The evaluation of the patients quality of life have been done with the aid of anxiaty syndrome estimation.
