dc.description.abstract	The peculiarities of the acute period of myocardial infarction(MI) course in the middle aged, aged and old patients is studied. It is established that atypical onset of MI , peciliarities of its duration, frequent complications in aged patients lead to the higher morbility rate. Usage of some medications in the acute period of MI in aged and old persons may cause individual inadequate reactions. So it is nesessaryto work out aimed curativemeasures for these groups of patients.	en
