| dc.description.abstract | Objective. To improve the results of surgical treatment of wounded with combat injuries of the pelvic region. Materials and Methods. We analyzed the treatment of 297 wounded with combat injuries of the pelvic region at II–IV levels of medical care. 30% of the wounded had pelvic bone fractures, 52% – bladder injuries, 13% – urethral injuries, 10% – rectal injuries, 2.7% – major vessel injuries, and 16.2% had a combination of multiple organ injuries. The severity of the wounded was determined using the developed method (Ukrainian patent for utility model No. 134120) based on the perfusion index by pulse oximetry. | en |
