Обобщены особенности этиологии, эпидемиологии, клинических проявлений и диагностики редко встречаемого
в рутинной практике невролога демиелинизирующего заболевания центральной нервной системы. Приводится
описание собственного клинического наблюдения пациентки, которой был подтвержден диагноз Оптикомиелит
Девика на основании современных диагностических критериев лишь спустя 6 месяцев от начала заболевания.
The authors summarized the main points of etiology, epidemiology, clinical manifestations and diagnostics of
a demyelinating disease of the central nervous system, which is rarely encountered in the routine practice of
a neurologist. A description of the patient’s own clinical observation is given, for whom the diagnosis of Devic’s
opticomyelitis was confirmed on the basis of modern diagnostic criteria, 6 months after the onset of the disease.
