Сучасна нейронаука активно розвиває методи нейростимуляції, що спрямовані на покращення психофізіологічного стану людини. Одним із перспективних інструментів є транскраніальна стимуляція постійним струмом (tDCS), яка модулює активність лобної кори,
сприяє нейропластичності, покращенню когнітивних функцій та емоційної регуляції. Flow
Neuroscience – медичний пристрій, схвалений для лікування уніполярного великого депресивного розладу (MDD), проте його застосування також досліджується у сфері регуляції
рівня активності, подолання хронічної втоми, емоційної нестабільності, ПТСР, тривожних
і депресивних станів.
У цьому дослідженні аналізується ефективність Flow Neuroscience у нормалізації психофізіологічного стану шляхом стимуляції дорсолатеральної префронтальної кори, що відіграє
ключову роль у контролі емоцій, регуляції настрою та мотиваційних процесах. Основна увага
приділяється оцінці зниження гіпоактивності, підвищення рівня енергії, покращення емоційної регуляції та здатності до самоконтролю. Оцінка ефективності здійснюється за допомогою стандартизованих опитувальників (PHQ-9, Q5) а також динаміка та аналіз даних
у додатку.
Також розглядається можливість використання Flow Neuroscience як додаткового терапевтичного методу у клініках, реабілітаційних центрах та психотерапевтичних програмах,
особливо у комбінації з розмовною терапією та іншими методами саморегуляції, і навіть
самостійного використання. У рамках дослідження також враховувалася суб’єктивна динаміка самопочуття учасників, включно з показниками сну, мотивації, відчуттям емоційної
стабільності та рівнем енергії протягом дня. Ці зміни свідчать про потенціал tDCS у довготривалій реабілітації комбатантів, які зазнали фізичних та психоемоційних травм, та підтверджують доцільність подальшого впровадження методу у клінічну практику на теренах
України, переймаючи досвід Національної служби охорони здоров‘я Великої Британії з науковою підтримкою King’s College London, Oxford, NIHR та NICE.
Modern neuroscience is actively exploring neuromodulation techniques as a means to enhance
psychophysiological regulation, cognitive flexibility, and emotional stability. One of the most promising
approaches in this field is transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), which modulates dorsolateral
prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) activity, promotes neuroplasticity, and improves cognitive and emotional selfregulation. Flow Neuroscience, a clinically approved device for treating unipolar major depressive disorder
(MDD), is now being investigated for its broader applications in rehabilitating combat veterans, particularly
in addressing chronic fatigue, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), emotional instability, and motivation
deficits. This study examines the effectiveness of Flow Neuroscience in the rehabilitation of combat veterans in
Ukraine, focusing on stabilizing psychophysiological states and improving emotional resilience. Special
attention is given to the reduction of hypoactivity, enhancement of energy levels, mood regulation, and
cognitive-emotional flexibility. The study evaluates these effects using standardized psychometric instruments
(PHQ-9, Q5), which assess psychological well-being, neurocognitive adaptability, and emotional regulation.
Additionally, the research explores the integration of Flow Neuroscience as an adjunctive therapeutic tool
in rehabilitation centers, clinical settings, and psychotherapeutic programs, particularly in combination with
talk therapy and self-regulation techniques. Within the framework of the study, the subjective dynamics of
participants’ well-being were also taken into account, including indicators such as sleep quality, motivation,
emotional stability, and daily energy levels. These changes indicate the potential of tDCS in the long-term
rehabilitation of combatants who have experienced physical and psycho-emotional trauma. Moreover, they
support the relevance of integrating this method into clinical practice in Ukraine, drawing on the experience
of the UK National Health Service, with scientific backing from King’s College London, Oxford University,
NIHR, and NICE.
