Abstract:
In Odessa National Medical University (ONMedU), the final certification (Unified State Qualification Exam) is carried out in two stages by passing the integrated test control «STEP-2» and the objective structured clinical exam (OSCE). In 2025, the number of stations was 10 during OSCE in ONMedU, the number of tasks submitted for the exam was 542. Interaction with standardized patients took place at 4 stations, demonstration of mastery of practical skills also took place at 4 stations, and urgent clinical situations
were created and clinical skills were assessed at the other two.
